Shipping policy
Although orders are processed and dispatched relatively quickly we may have up to a 21 day lead time on orders. Orders which may take longer than 14 days will be notified.
Orders are dispatched using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Once orders have been dispatched customers will receive tracking information either by mobile or email.
