Shipping
Where do you ship to?
UK, Ireland & rest of the world
How long does shipping take?
Orders can take up to 10 working days to dispatch. However most orders are dispatched sooner depending on stock levels and busy periods.
UK Orders are sent through Tracked 48 and usually are delivered within 2-3 working days from dispatch.
Europe Orders are sent through International Tracked and are usually delivered within 7 working days of dispatch
The rest of the world orders are sent through International Tracked and are usually delivered within 14 days of dispatch.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking information from Royal Mail.
Majority of orders are sent Tracked 48 hours where you should receive within 2 working days of dispatch.
Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately not... due to being in a small working environment we are unable to have the space or time to run a collection or drop off service.

Can I return an item?
We are unable to accept returns on custom or personalised items unless the item is faulty or has been made incorrect from your order details within 14 days of purchase.
We can not take responsibility for ordering the incorrect sizes. We have an accurate sizing guide on our items to ensure you have an understanding of the fit.
Can I amend or change my order?
Orders are usually processed relatively quickly. If you need to change any details please contact sales@stitchesandsparkles.co.uk to rectify your order.
Unfortunately if your order has already gone into production we are not responsible for any incorrect details entered by yourself.
Can I fast track my order?
We understand how important it is to receive items such as birthday pjs ASAP. if you contact
sales@stitchesandsparkles
we can arrange a priority service for items we already have in stock.

What is the difference between Embroidery and Printing?
Embroidery is stitched and printed is printed.
We use the highest quality machinery and materials to produce both application methods. The finish is down to personal preference. However embroidery is slightly more expensive due to the extra time work and cost of materials involved in the process.
Can you do custom designs?
YES! We are open to new ideas and designs. please email
sales@stitchesandsparkles.co.uk
However, during busy periods this may not be possible.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We have Shoppay, Paypal, Clearpay and Klarna.
